Payments- Payments are only accepted through PayPal. If you reside in Chile, you may request payment via bank transfer at the current exchange rate from USD to CLP.
- To process your order, full payment must be completed in advance.
- Refunds are not available, except in cases where I am unable to complete your order.Pricing- Prices will vary depending on the complexity of the character and background.
- Adding an extra character will increase the cost by 100%.Your Order- You have up to 3 change requests in total. Please use them wisely.
- If you wish to include one of my characters in your order, it will be treated as an extra character and charged accordingly.
- Once the sketch is approved, any modification to the lineart will incur additional charges.Use Conditions- My illustrations are for personal and non-commercial use only. If you plan to use them for commercial purposes, you must inform me beforehand to reach an agreement. Otherwise, you may be added to my blacklist.
- Stickers may be used as YCH for other clients unless you request exclusivity from the beginning, which will incur a 30% fee.
- If you would prefer your order not to be featured on social media, a 30% privacy fee will apply to ensure complete confidentiality.Delivery Times- Delivery may take between 2 to 3 months, starting from the confirmation that your order is in progress.
